Why I'm Starting the Earning Convergence Newsletter

To state it simply:

I need a place to wrestle with, shape, and clarify my beliefs, ideas, musings, and random thoughts on the topics that I advise executive leaders on every single day.

Enter…this newsletter.

I don’t know what it will become.

I’m not committing to a certain number of posts every year or month.

I don’t have a detailed content strategy or framework that I’m going to follow.

I just need a place to write.

A place to clarify what I’m seeing in my work.

An avenue to shape my viewpoint and beliefs around all things organizational culture change.

Maybe some folks will read what I write. If they do, I hope it helps them build the team or organization they’ve always wanted to lead.

If no one reads whatever this becomes, at the very least, I have a place to solidify and distill what I’m learning in my work. That’s important to me.
